A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking to secure your spot. The rest of the payment will be due 7 days before the event. Currently we only accept Bank Transfer or Paypal as payment methods.

The 50% deposit will be non-refundable. Cancellations need to be made a minimum of 7 days prior to the event. Changes can be made only to available dates we have at the time of the change.

Yes! All our packages include a booth attendant that will set up, tear down and provide service for an amazing experience for you and your guest.

For the best results, we ask for 10x10x10 feet. The actual unit typically sits 4-7 feet from the backdrop, but we still need room for a prop/printer table.

Our DSLR photo booth requires a dedicated (with nothing else plugged into the same outlet) 15 or 20 amp 120v THREE PRONG outlet for power.

Set-up and testing takes roughly 60 minutes. This time is not billed to you. Break down takes around 30 minutes or so.
